The Puget Sound Labor Agency is a nonprofit organization whose purpose is to serve the labor community in providing assistance to families, individuals, seniors and disabled clients through their food bank, family support services, alcohol/substance abuse programs, community services and union retiree resources. The Labor Agency holds various fundraisers throughout the year to help support these programs. Contributions are always welcome.

Volunteer Opportunity – Help Local Working Families!
The Puget Sound Labor Agency is looking for volunteers.

·         Do you have experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Access and a little free time? Two or three volunteers are needed for 3-5 hour shifts each week at a mutually-convenient time to help out in the PSLA office.
·         Can you help in the Food Bank? If you can lift 50 pounds and have a valid Washington Driver’s License, your help is needed with distributing and moving food, helping to sort stock and keeping things organized. Several hours one to three days per week would be a huge help.

Get in touch with Julie Sawyer if you are interested in learning more about how you can help the Labor Agency continue their 38 year history of helping working families. Thanks!
